Prospect Wire works with local Convention & Visitor's Bureaus (CVB) to help provide the best facilities and experience we can for our customers. It is important to be able to submit accurate post event economic impact reports to the CVB's in order to show how our events impact the location they are run in. These reports help keep field costs down, which in turn, helps keep event registration costs down for you, the customer.

Prospect Wire utilizes a Stay to Play Policy for teams that are outside 75 miles from the main facility. If there are no acceptable options for your group, we ask you to please contact Erica@prospectwire.com (Erica Schwartz) in order to discuss and see if any other alternative options are available.

Thank you for your understanding of this policy. We look forward to helping make your experience at our events first class!
