Prospect Wire works with local Convention & Visitor's Bureaus (CVB) to help provide the best facilities and experience we can for our customers. It is important to be able to submit accurate post event economic impact reports to the CVB's in order to show how our events impact the location they are run in. These reports help keep field costs down, which in turn, helps keep event registration costs down for you, the customer. 

Prospect Wire utilizes a Stay to Play Policy for teams that are outside 75 miles from the main facility.
