SCHEDULE IS CURRENTLY TENTATIVE AS OF 7/31/2025 at 6:00 PM (EST) - This is based on current number of attending players. This is subject to change if we have any last-minute confirmations. Rosters are currently being worked on. Rosters will be mixed so kids from the East will play with kids from the West to create new experiences for the players. We hope to make this official no later than Sunday evening. 

Thursday, August 7th:  Player & Family Welcome Party

Location DoubleTree by Hilton Austin - University (1617 Interstate Hwy 35 N.)

Start Time: Team East will be from 5:00 - 6:15 pm...Team West will be from 6:30-7:15 PM (We will inform players who is on which team ASAP)

Dress: Casual - we will be taking tons of pictures of players and their families, so players (and parents) are encouraged to style it up if they want some good pictures with their family. 

TIMES BELOW ARE GUESSTIMATES - WE MAY MOVE THROUGH THINGS MORE EFFICIENTLY AND NOT NEED AS MUCH TIME FOR THINGS LIKE BP & WORKOUTS. WE ARE JUST FACTORING IN EXTRA TIME SO WE ARE NOT RUSHING ANYTHING.

Friday, August 8th: Pro Style Workout and Game 1

8:30 AM: All players arrive for stretching & any gear adjustments needed

9:00 AM: Players begin warming up for defensive workouts

9:30 AM: Defensive Workouts Begin

10:30 AM: Prepare for Batting Practice

10:45 AM: BP Starts

12:15 PM: BP Finishes - break to change into uniforms & get some food/drink 

1:15 PM: INF/OF Pregame for both teams

1:45 PM: Break down and prepare for Game 1

2:00 PM: GAME 1

4:45 PM: Game 1 ends - clean up and group talk to discuss Day 2

5:00 PM: Players/Families Open Night in Austin/Round Rock

Saturday, August 9th: Game 2 and HR Derby

8:30 AM: Players Arrive for stretching and routines

9:00 AM: Batting Practice for both Teams Begins

11:00 AM: Break down BP and get ready for Game 2 (Time to get Food/Drink as well)

12:00 PM: INF/OF for both teams

12:30 PM: Break down and get ready for Game 2

1:00 PM: GAME 2

3:45 PM: Game 2 ends - clean up and get field ready for Hitting Showcase Derby (Players change back to workout gear & get some food/drink)

4:15 PM: Players gather back as a group for Competition - coaches will select top 8 hitters based on BP sessions & Games 1 & 2. 

4:30 PM: Competition Begins

5:30 PM: Break down talk and free to go for the night

Sunday, August 10th: Game 3 followed by Awards and Send Off

There will be no batting practice or I/O today; just games so families can get on the road

8:00 AM: Players Arrive for stretching and routines

8:30 AM: Begin Warming Up for Game 3

9:00 AM: Players get changed into uniforms and ready for Game 3

9:30 AM: GAME 3

12:00 PM: Game 3 ends - clean up and on field final talks from staff, as well as time for families to come on the field and take pictures

12:30 PM: Event ends and players/families are free to depart the event
