Prospect Wire 2025 Florida High School Team Outlook:

Manatee

Coach Nolan Neiman's Manatee Hurricane teams have always been aggressive and well coached since he took over the program in 2021. The Hurricanes 2025 team looks to return 7 position players and 7 arms on the mound from last season. Coach Neiman thinks that this year's squad will be his most athletic and talented team he has had at Manatee to date. He says they will look to play fast and aggressive while being disciplined at the plate and on the mound.

Coach Neiman's group will be led by Seniors Andrew Hyman (2025 RHP), Payton Harlan (2025 C), and Nick Zunica (2025 OF). The Junior class for the Hurricanes is very talented including Prospect Wire All American Ashton Hovda (2026 SS/CF), Jordan Roberts (2026 RHP/OF), and Cooper Richardson (2026 RHP). Look for newcomer Gus Eylar (2025 SS/CF, Seward Count CC) to provide contributions up the middle for the Canes.
