SoCal Fall Championships Preview
Prospect Wire continues its West Coast fall circuit with the SoCal Fall Championships in beautiful Irvine, California. The event will feature 28 teams from across the state, bringing together some of the top programs in the area for a weekend of highly competitive baseball. The SoCal Fall Championships have consistently featured elite talent and closely contested games, and this year looks to be no different. With plenty of talented rosters taking the field, there will be no shortage of players looking to make an impact and catch the attention of our scouting staff. Here are some teams to keep an eye on as action gets underway.
CBA Victus (San Diego, CA): CBA Victus is a nationally recognized travel baseball organization that has built its reputation on elite talent, player development, and a proven track record of sending players on to the next level. This weekend, they will be well represented with four teams competing in the SoCal Fall Championships, with two teams in each division. The 15U squad took home the championship at the Firecracker event this summer, and all four teams have the depth and talent to make a run of their own this weekend. With a strong organization from top to bottom, CBA Victus is definitely a program to keep an eye on as action gets underway.
Legacy Baseball Group (Van Nuys, CA): Legacy Baseball Group is a well-known travel baseball organization on the national circuit and a regular on the Prospect Wire schedule. They have built their reputation on player development and playing the game with an edge, making them a tough matchup for anyone they face. This weekend, they’ll send one team to the SoCal Fall Championships to compete in the 15/16U division. With plenty of depth and experience on the big stage, keep an eye on Legacy Baseball Group as they look to make a run come Championship Sunday.
Team California (Carlsbad, CA): Team California is a nationally recognized travel baseball organization that has built its reputation on elite talent, player development, and a proven ability to compete for championships at the highest levels. With a strong track record of preparing players for the next level, they continue to be a program to watch on the national circuit. This weekend, they’ll be well represented at the SoCal Fall Championships with four teams competing, including two in each division. All four squads will look to make a statement and make deep playoff runs as they compete for a chance to bring home some hardware on Championship Sunday.
Braves Baseball Academy (Van Nuys, CA): Braves Baseball Academy is a well-known travel ball organization in the San Fernando Valley that has built its reputation on developing players through integrity, teamwork, and resiliency while consistently fielding well-coached teams capable of competing at a high level. This weekend, they’ll be sending their 15U squad to compete in the 15/16U division at the SoCal Fall Championships. This group is no stranger to the big stage, as they won the 14U championship at the Firecracker event just a few months ago. With the experience and talent to make another deep run, the Braves will look to carry that momentum throughout the weekend and bring home some more hardware for their growing trophy case.
