Coach Emory Horne will lead the Blountstown Tigers for his 17th season with the program. Coach Horne holds high hopes for his group as he says making the 1A Final Four is this year's team goal. In order to achieve that goal the Tigers will need to rely on their team speed and pitching. Seniors Isaac Roberts (2025 3B/RHP) and Bryson Fleck (2025 1B) will look to lead a group that graduates 4 Seniors from the 2024 team.
Isaac Roberts will look to lead the Tigers pitching staff as he was 2nd on the team in IP last season and also was 2nd in K's. Look for Daniel Pope (2026 RHP/SS) to also contribute for the Tigers on the mound. Roberts also the teams leading hitter returning from last year as he picked up 23 hits over last season. Bryson Fleck will add to his impressive career for the Tigers at the plate as the slugging First Baseman has 36 hits over his last 2 seasons. Look for Ja'Corey Williams (2026 C/SS) to contribute in a big way offensively as well.
