2026 Cameron McArthur OF
Atlantic High School
Cameron has a strong, athletic frame that projects well at the next level. At the plate, he shows a balanced setup with a calm load and consistent rhythm, allowing him to stay on time and deliver quality contact. He does a great job working through his lower half, using his hips effectively to generate impressive power. Over the weekend, Cameron tallied 6 hits, scored 3 runs, and drove in 10, finishing with an outstanding 0.545 batting average.
2028 Peyton Hovda INF
Manatee High School
Peyton is a quick, twitchy middle infielder who showcased the speed and power combination that earned him Prospect Wire All-American honors. At the plate, he features a simple setup with a smooth, repeatable load. He does a great job staying in his legs, generating consistent power, while his quick hands and strong bat-to-ball skills allow him to consistently produce quality contact. Over the weekend, Peyton collected 5 hits – 3 for extra bases – while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3, finishing with an impressive 0.555 batting average.
2026 Carlos Marroquin RHP
St. Pete Catholic High School
Carlos has a big, strong frame that projects well on the mound. The right-hander features a smooth, mechanically sound delivery with more velocity still to come. He commands the zone effectively with an impressive three-pitch mix: a fastball sitting 83-85 mph and topping out at 87 with arm-side run, a tight slider at 72-75 mph with late break, and a changeup at 73-75 mph that is especially effective against left-handed hitters. Carlos kept hitters off balance throughout his outing, tossing 4 scoreless innings while striking out 7.
2029 Alec Prieto 3B
St. Pete Catholic High School
Alec has a strong, athletic frame that projects well as a middle-of-the-order bat and a corner infielder. At the plate, he shows a mature gap-to-gap approach with quick hands and consistent barrel accuracy. Over the weekend, he tallied six hits and drove in six runs, providing a major offensive spark. Alec’s production at the plate helped power his team to a runner-up finish in the 1A-4A division and put him on the Prospect Wire All-American watchlist.
2027 Jackson Perkins RHP/1B
Evangelical Christian High School
Jackson has a projectable frame and proved he can impact the game in multiple ways. Offensively, he shows quick hands and solid bat-to-ball skills. Over the weekend, he collected three hits and scored 3 runs, posting an impressive 0.428 batting average. On the mound, he was even more dominant. Jackson features a quick, whippy delivery and an advanced three-pitch arsenal, including a fastball sitting 85-88 mph and topping 89 with arm-side sink, a changeup at 75-77 mph that plays well off the fastball, and a curveball at 75-77 mph with late vertical break. Through six innings, he allowed just three hits, gave up no earned runs, and struck out six. Jackson’s standout performance on the mound helped lead his team to a 1A-4A championship and earned him MVPitcher honors.
