2026 NextGen Spring Break Bash Preview




Prospect Wire continues its spring circuit this weekend with the NextGen Spring Break Bash in its Central Florida home of beautiful Polk County. Traditionally one of the largest and most talent-rich events of the spring, the Spring Break Bash once again lives up the hype. This weekend features 32 teams across the 13u and 14u divisions, with programs traveling in from all over Florida and even one club making the trip down from Ontario, Canada. With such a deep and competitive field, fans can expect high-level matchups and exciting action throughout the weekend. Here are a few teams to keep an eye on as play gets underway.


 

Kangaroo Court (Palm Harbor and Bradenton, FL): Kangaroo Court is a nationally recognized travel baseball organization and has a consistent presence at Prospect Wire events. Known for its strong player development and fundamentally sound, well-coached teams, Kangaroo Court squads are always a thread to make a deep playoff run. This weekend, the organization will be well represented, sending out three teams – one in the 13u division and two in the 14u division. With depth across all levels, each team will be looking to make a strong run and add to an already impressive trophy case.


 

CBU (Florida): CBU is a nationally recognized travel baseball organization that has built its reputation on elite talent and well-coached teams that play the game the right way. Their consistent success across events has made them a program to watch whenever they take the field. This weekend, CBU will be sending out four teams, all competing in the 14u divisions, representing several CBU affiliates. Wily Mo & Veras Dragons (Zephyrhills, FL): Wily Mo & Veras Dragons are a well-known travel ball organization on the Florida circuit and a regular presence at Prospect Wire events. This weekend, their 13u squad is making the trip south to compete in the Spring Break Bash.
