Caleb has a projectable, athletic frame with a quick arm and a strong lower half. He dominated in his outing, showcasing a three-pitch mix that kept hitters off balance. His fastball was overpowering, sitting 86-88 mph topping 89, with more velocity likely to come. He showed a good feel for both off-speed pitches – his curveball had sharp break sitting 76-78 mph, and his changeup featured late arm-side fade at 82-83 mph. In 7 innings of work, Caleb allowed no earned runs, struck out 14, and earned the win in a standout performance.
